Project Description

Pumping Station PS-1 – Construction and design of pumping station for transport of solutions from working lake to raffinate lake. Construction of concrete pump stations and installation of submersible pumps, connection with pressure pipeline and complete testing of pump pressure. Installation of automation management, control and protection of pumps for automatic operation of them with frequency regulation of the pumps and installed power of 3x55kw.
Pumping station PS-2 – Construction and design of pumping station for transport of solutions from raffinate lake to the ore leaching fields. Construction of the pumping station building and Installation of vertical multi-stage pumps for transport of solutions, two heavy pipelines from the raffinate lake and a connection with two pressure vessels pipelines. Installation of complete equipment, inox bushes, fittings and fittings pieces. Design and installation of electric cabinets for management, control and protection of the pumps. The pump station has installed 5 pumps with a power of 75kW and a maximum flow rate of 600 m 3 / h.
